red or white top( preferably a stallion shirt if you have it )
Lightweight, tennis shoes, or cheer shoes if you have them
Hair should be pulled away from the face in a ponytail. If you have a cheer bow (black/white or red) please wear it
No jewelry: no earrings no watches no bracelets or rings
